Community Support

Note: Your session will time-out after 30 minutes of inactivity. If timed-out you will need to re-submit the data.

Through our Community Support Program, Viterra is committed to contributing to positive social outcomes in the communities where Viterra has operations and its employees live, work and play. In order to align these positive outcomes with business value, Viterra provides support in the following two areas:

  • Promoting good nutrition and healthy lifestyles
  • Supporting agriculture and associated activities

Viterra receives many worthwhile and important requests each year. While we review each request in the context of our Corporate Giving Policy criteria, not all requests that fit into the two broad areas of focus will receive support.

Support is not provided for the following kinds of requests (except in unique circumstances or where they meet other corporate objectives):

  • Capital projects
  • Sectarian or denominational religious groups
  • Service clubs or fraternal organizations
  • Private foundations or clubs
  • Duplication to organizations which benefits from national or local campaigns
  • Arts and cultural programs
  • Regions/areas where Viterra does not do business
  • Advocacy groups or individuals
  • Sole benefit of individuals/teams on an independent/organization basis
  • Projects commercial in nature
  • Organizations that discriminate or limit membership
Please indicate the Viterra support area below that your request aligns with.
Please explain the link. (100 words or less):
