We can help you generate more value from your land by signing up for Viterra’s Carbon Credit Program.  You can trust us to provide you excellent service and value when it comes to your carbon credits.

Viterra’s Carbon Credit Program is based on Alberta Environment’s Tillage System Management Protocol and rewards farmers for tillage practices that reduce the amount of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere.

Viterra is currently contracting for 2009 carbon offset credits (“carbon credits”). You may also be eligible for carbon credits dating back to January 1, 2002.

If you think you are eligible for credits, look no further than Viterra.  We will work closely with you to determine your eligibility and provide you with exceptional service and value for your credits.

Download an application or pick up a form at any Viterra location in Alberta.

Return your completed application form to your nearest Viterra location or mail it to the address listed on the application form. Upon receipt of your application, we will provide you with a contract that includes the dollar value of your eligible carbon credits and a payment schedule.
