Your Health & Safety
Viterra is committed to program excellence both from a customer safety and an environmental perspective. At Viterra we place the safety and health of our customers in the highest regard.

This can only be achieved through quality educational customer safety training in the storage and handling, transporting and regulatory requirements.  Using anhydrous ammonia requires manufacturers, suppliers, distributors and farmers to meet strict regulations. These regulations pertain to the storage, handling, transportation and safety of the product.

Viterra maintains some of the highest safety standards in the industry when it comes to handling products such as anhydrous ammonia.  Providing customer training on the safe handling and on-farm application of anhydrous ammonia is a priority and is key to the safe use of this valuable cost-effective product. Contact your local Viterra retail for more information on the availability of NH3 and our safety training program.
